No-shows, or cancellations within 6 hours of a scheduled session: that session is charged in full.
How to request a refund
Email welcome@carlospompa.com with your purchase details. We begin the process as soon as it is requested. Depending on your banking institution, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear.
